American soprano Corrie Donovan has been praised for her “soul stripping, lyrical” interpretations (TheaterJones) and her “polished and distinctively powerful” performances (Fort Worth Weekly).  With her iridescent presence and magnetic vulnerability, Corrie engages audiences in exploring a wide range of styles, languages, and performances.  Whether exploring contemporary opera, recanting the classics of traditional opera, participating in Cirque Du Soleil’s vocal workshops, performing as a soloist with orchestras, or creating genre-adventurous concerts, Mrs. Donovan is committed to the full range of vocal expression.

Recent engagements include singing at the invitation of former president of Mexico, Vicente Fox, with the Centro Fox Orchestra in Mexico, starring as Sor Isabel in the world premier of Daniel Crozier's, With Blood, With Ink, participating in the New York baroque festival Il Cuore canta, and performing in Colorado for the Texas Lassies concert centering around Music's Favorite Women Across Four Genres.
